While Musee Rodin is not Paris’ best museum, it is still well worth the visit. Of course, you will need tickets in order to enter the museum but they do not need to be purchased ahead of time. If you happen to have the Paris Museum Pass, the Musee Rodin is included. Otherwise you will need to pay a small fee to see the home, galleries and any special exhibitions.
After you are done inside of Musee Rodin there is more for you to enjoy outside where the lovely gardens are located. So, make sure that you stop at the cafe for lunch wherein there is some simple food to enjoy. You will find that the best part about having lunch here is the outdoor garden itself. This is also a wonderful place to stop and rest for a bit after you have visited the Musee Rodin. However, you should know that if you wish to visit the outdoor sculpture garden you are going to have to pay a small fee that is separate from the price that you will need to pay for admittance into Musee Rodin.
If you happen to have any children under the age of 18 with you, then you should know that they will be able to tour both Musee Rodin and the outdoors sculpture garden for free. Unfortunately, you will need to be prepared to carry any children who would otherwise be in a stroller as you will not be able to use their stroller indoors.
